PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to ensure their protection. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. For PTC thermistors, -55°C is the minimum operating temperature. This thermistor must not operate above 150°C in order for it to work. The maximum capacity of a thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 75mW.
