TFPT0603L1200FV Overview
A 0603 (1608 Metric) package is used to protect PTC thermistors. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). A PTC thermistor has a termination of 2. This thermistor has 2 pins. Ideally, this power loss can be transferred and conducted by the thermistor without it overheating. The thermistor supplies 30V voltage nominally when it works. A PTC thermistor should produce an amount of heat equal to 75mW. This thermistor must be operated at 30V voltage in order to be reliable.
