TFPT0603L1200FM Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. Having a Tape & Reel (TR) package ensures safety while using these PTC thermistors. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -55°C. This thermistor must not operate above 125°C in order for it to work. The maximum capacity of a thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 75mW.
