TDA8947J Discription
The TDA8947J contains a unique protection circuit that is only related to multiple temperature measurements inside the chip. This provides maximum output power for all power supply voltage and load conditions without unnecessary audio holes. Almost any combination of supply voltage and load impedance can be made as long as the thermal boundary conditions (number of channels used, external heatsink, and ambient temperature) permit.

The TDA8947J contains four identical audio power amplifiers. The TDA8947J can be used as four single (SE) channels with a fixed gain of 26dB, a bridged load (BTL) dual channel with a fixed gain of 32 dB, or a SE dual channel (gain of 26dB) and a BTL channel used as a 2.1 system (gain of 32 dB)
