RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 6-VFDFN package.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 6 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be at least -30°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
