RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 6-VFDFN package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.6 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -30°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
