TC7SZ125FU(TE85L,F) Overview


The clock divider is packaged in a SSOP case. In case Tape and Reel, the cut smart buffer is available. There are 5 terminations in it. Using a supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In the direction of Surface Mount, it is placed. Operation is performed using the 5 pins. The clock divider is contained within Bus Driver/Transceivers. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. With a BUS DRIVER logic IC, it works. There is a 3.3V volt supply that powers the timeing clock. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5.5VV that can be handled by the clock divider. As low as possible, it can be worked with a source voltage of 1.8V, or as close to that as possible. The clock divider consumes 2μA quiescent current, and it is unaffected by external factors. As a result, it has a 1 bit configuration. Currently, 1 channels are available.
