TSSOP case is available for the cut smart buffer. It is packaged as a Tape and Reel. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. Operation is performed with 20 pins. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. By operating at 85°C degrees Celsius, stable operation is enabled.
