It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the PLCC package, this clock generator is embedded. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 800MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 28 pins. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance.
