SY89297UMG-TR Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. By using the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.375V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The taps/steps are configured with 1024. The use of related parts with the same base part number SY89297 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. Surface Mount is mounted in the way. A group of 24 pins has been arranged in its design. Device package 24-QFN (4x4) is that of its supplier. It is recommended to keep the maximum operating temperature at 85°C in order to ensure optimum performance. The minimum operating temperature should be kept at -40°C to ensure noemal operation. An important electronic device of the Precision Edge? series, it belongs to this group. It is compatible with a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. Support is provided for a minimum supply voltage of 2.375V.
