SY89230UMG-TR Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 16 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. CML, LVDS, PECL is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 3.2GHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 2.375V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Divider in this case.
