As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CML, LVDS, PECL is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.5GHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
