SY89228UMG-TR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations.
