SY89221UHY-TR Overview


64-TQFP Exposed Pad case is available for the cut smart buffer. It's?packaged?in?the?form?of?a Tape & Reel (TR). For normal operation, 2GHz is the maximum value. In it, there are 64 terminations. With a voltage of 2.5V, high efficiency is possible. The mount is made up of Surface Mount. Electronic components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Divider, Multiplexer fall into this category. Set the temperature to -40°C~85°C for reliable performance. In general, it should be able to work with a power source of 2.375V~3.6V volts. Its output is LVPECL. The SY89221 family contains it. In this case, Vsup will be set to 2.625V (decimal). To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 2.375V. This electrical component belongs to the Precision Edge? series.
