The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
