A LCC case is used for packaging. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. It is normal to operate with a value of 160MHz. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. Operation is performed using the 28 pins. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. By default, it is set to output 8. The frequency 160MHz allows excellent accuracy to be maintained.
