As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the 32-TQFP package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 3V~5.5V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. A temperature range of -40°C~85°C is available. The taps/steps are configured with 1024. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number SY100EP195 are universally preferred. A Surface Mount mounting is used. Pins on the 32 axis are arranged in this design. A supplier device package is provided by 32-TQFP (7x7). Maintaining a maximum operating temperature of 85°C will ensure that the system runs optimally. In order to maintain optimal performance, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at -40°C.
