As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in TSSOP. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) packaged with it. In normal operation, 2GHz is the maximum value. In the direction of Surface Mount, it is placed. For operation, 20 pins are used. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. Having a maximum operating temperature of 85°C enables stable operation. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.6VV that can be handled by the clock divider. With a voltage supply of 2.37V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible.
