As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 52-LQFP package. There are 52 terminations found in the file. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVECL, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An up to 1.5GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V.
