A floating point unit (FPU) in the Cortex?-M7 core supports Arm? double-precision (IEEE 754) and single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. To improve application security, the STM32H742xI/G and STM32H743xI/G devices feature a full range of DSP instructions as well as a memory protection unit (MPU).
