STG3690QTR Overview


Presented in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 2:1. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there have been 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 3V voltage supply. As part of its design, the 16 series is equipped with this electronic component. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPDT switching circuits. There are 4 circuits in this switch device. Search with STG3690 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. Analog switches have 1.5Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 3.6V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Digital switch that provides Single power at a cost-effective price. It is recommended to use 1.65V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. An operating current of 50nA would be sufficient for this switch device. Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~3.6V.
