STG3684AQTR Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship abroad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. Powered by a 2.3V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. It consists of 2 circuits. Use STG3684 to search for variants of the digital switches. A 45mOhm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. Multiplexers should not be powered above 4.3V in normal situations. The analog switch ic is of the Single supply type and is cost-effective. It is recommended to use 1.65V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 50nA current. Analogue multiplexers require a 1.65V~4.3V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 50nA. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number.
