The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 3 @ 250mA 10V.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 5V @ 100mA, 250mA.With the emitter base voltage set at 9V, an efficient operation can be achieved.The current rating of this fuse is 600mA, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 600mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
