SRP175SSF Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk for the purpose of protecting them from damage. Temperature -40°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have terminations of 2. When operating, PTC thermistors could deliver a voltage of 15V. PTCC thermistors have been designed for a current of 100A. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 15V. Heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 1.5W. Ildeally, the current through PTC thermistors should be less than 100A.
