SRP120S Overview
The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk for safety purposes. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 15V. Heat produced by PTC thermistors has been rated as 0.8W. In order to avoid overheating, PTC thermistors should be kept at a 100A current. For thermistors, 85°C is the maximum operating temperature. But when the thermistor is operating, the temperature cannot be below -40°C.
