With a voltage supply of 4.5V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible. For maximum efficiency, the supply voltage should be kept at 5V. The clock divider consumes 24mA quiescent current and is unaffected by external factors. It is configured with a 4 bit configuration. The clock divider is configured with 2 ports.
