The PDIP package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required. A maximum voltage of 4.75V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 70°C, it may cause ha70°Cards.
