SN74LS628NE4 Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the PDIP package. 14 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. A 14 pin is available on the clock PLL. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 70°C. Time clock generator can handle a voltage of 5V as the supply voltage. By searching for the LS family, it is possible to find similar electrical components. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 5.25V. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 4.75V. Logic circuits that use LOGIC CIRCUIT logic are composed of this analog clock generator. At a frequency of 25MHz, frequency generator is capable of achieving high efficiency. The supply current of 20mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function. In terms of load capacitance, analog clock generator is capable of delivering 45pF. This clock generator ic is ideal for the TUBE package that comes with it.
