Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This logic works according to the Inverter principle. It is necessary to ensure the full functionality of the part by providing a voltage of 2V~6V. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C. There is Surface Mount mounting in Surface Mount. Current output is - 5.2mA in both the high and low states. The 74HC series contains it. In total, there are 14 terminations. There are 6 features that significantly enhance the user experience. The chip is a part of HC/UH.
