The SN74AUP1T34 device is a 1-bit non-inverting converter that uses two independently configurable power rails. It is a one-way converter from A to B. The A port is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts supply voltages ranging from 0.9V to 3.6V. The B port is designed to track VCCB. VCCB accepts supply voltage values from 0.9V to 3.6V. This enables low voltage translation between 1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V voltage nodes. In addition, the SN74AUP1T34 is fully suitable for partial power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output, preventing current backflow from damaging the device when the device is powered down.
The VCC isolation feature ensures that the B port is in a high impedance state when the VCCA input is on GND. If the VCCB input is on GND, neither input to the A side will cause leakage current, even when floating.
