Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. LVCMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 125MHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generator ic works with 2.375V~3.465V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. CMOS is designed for clock generator's output. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations.
