SL28SRC02BZC Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are 16 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 100MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock PLL works with 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage provided. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in HCSL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
