SL23EP09ZC-1H Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 220MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are 2.3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. This clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors.
