The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. There are 16 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 220MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 2.7V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
