SL23EP08SI-1HT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 2.7V for this clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.3V to be safe. There are 2.3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
