SL23EP08SC-3T Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 220MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.63V as a supply voltage. A maximum voltage of 2.97V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Clock PLL works with 2.3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set. There are several logic levels in LVCMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. This part number SL23EP08 is related to the following electrical components. Clock generator is designed with 16 pins. With ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.25V TO 2.75V SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals. Clock PLL is facilitated with 8 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.3 ns max.
