SL23EP08SC-2 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. There is a maximum frequency of 220MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 2.7V for this clock generator. A maximum voltage of 2.3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There are 2.3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number SL23EP08. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY. 8 signal outputs allow for maximi8ation of output frequency.
