SL23EP08SC-1H Overview


Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 220MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 2.7V.
