SL23EP05SC-1HT Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An up to 220MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 2.3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. SL23EP05 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts.
