The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. 8 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
