Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 220MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
