Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 220MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 2.75V. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.25V. As long as there are 2.97V~3.63V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with LVCMOS logic levels.
