SL23EP04SC-2 Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 220MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 2.75V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.25V. There are 2.97V~3.63V available for use with this clock PLL. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 8-bits in si8e. ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 4 signal outputs.
