SL2309ZI-1HT Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 140MHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. 3.6V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
