SL2309ZC-1 Overview


The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 140MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable performance. LVCMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. SL2309 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the clock generators. The maximum supply voltage that clock generator can handle is 3.3V.
