SL2309SC-1 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 140MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V for normal operation. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~70°C is the appropriate ambient temperature.
