SL2305SI-1T Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are 8 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 140MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators can take up to 3.6V of power as a maximum supply voltageA maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors.
