SL2305SI-1 Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 140MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3V.
