SI8506-C-IM Overview


Safety reasons require that the current sensors be placed in 12-VFQFN packages. Tube protects the current sensors from damage. It is recommended that these current sensors provide no more than 7mA amps of current. Current sensors should supply no more current than 7mA. In order for these current sensors to function properly, the operating temperature must not be below -40°C. However, the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be 125°C. The current for which the current sensors have been designed is 20A. The current sensor has 12 pins. When the current sensors are in operation, they may produce a voltage of 5.5V.
