SI8505-B-IM Overview


The current sensors are put into 12-VFQFN packages for safety protection. A Tube package protects these current sensors from damage. These current sensors should be able to deliver a maximum current of 7mA. A current sensor's supply current should not exceed 7mA. There is a termination of 12 on the current sensors. Current sensors have been designed to measure 10A current. As far as this current sensor is concerned, there are only 12 pins. It is possible for the current sensors to supply 5.5V voltage when they are operating. Current sensors must supply 2.7V as their minimum voltage. An electronic part with 12 pins is available.
