SI5391D-A-GM Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.47V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator.
